LBH Electric independently designs, manufactures and tests hair dryer drivers to ensure that hair dryer products have consistently excellent quality and performance.
The manufacturing process of the air appliance driver is extremely rigorous, and our workers must accurately install and connect all components according to the design; once completed, we perform functional testing to ensure that the hair dryer driver can work properly.

Hair dryer shell; carefully designed mold ensures the efficiency and safety of the molding process.
LBH uses state-of-the-art CNC machine tools and waterjet cutting machines to produce high-precision molds with an accuracy of within 0.01 mm to create perfectly formed shells.

We purchase plastic pellets from Thailand to ensure the best raw materials at the best prices; LBH Electric uses world-class YIZUMI injection molding machines to make the injection molding process reliable and precise.

High-Speed Hair Dryer Manufacturing
Assembly of all parts: After the driver, motor and casing are ready, all parts are sent to the assembly workshop for assembly. LBH appliances follow a standardized assembly process and provide a bill of materials for each model, which details the correct assembly methods and standards for the hair dryer.
All workers must complete the assembly work strictly in accordance with the bill of materials!

The assembled products should undergo a 40-minute aging test at a voltage of 110V to 220V. Only after passing the test can they be sent to the packaging line for packing.
